3P - is it possible to change banks via midi program change?

Just chiming in for anyone who may find this post: currently building a M4L for my friend's ND3P and I noticed that the MSB must be 0 for correctly changing the bank, otherwise the machine won't recognize the message. The LSB, as other users noticed, is the one that selects the bank (0=A, 1=B, ...)

Another problem with this thing. And let me guess...its not in the manual

Yeah, not exactly a problem. More like an unspecified technical detail. It took me 5 minutes to figure it out, but I see how someone less accustomed to midi stuff might have a hard time wrapping their head around it.
