Really a terrible design choice for a pedal of this price and (supposed) quality.
All the best and most expensive pedals have detachable cables...except of course the Yamaha FC7, but that doesn't count because it's undestructible, unbreakable and built by aliens on some unknown planet where time and space work differently.
On a side note, what's that Nord FS1 double foot switch?!?
Why should I buy such an overpriced pedal if I can get an "undestroyable" Yamaha FC-7 for less than half the price?
Many bucks just to have the "Nord Look"

And at that price, the non-detachable cable is a deal breaker for me.

To me it would come down to weight. The FC-7 is a very robust pedal. It's also heavy and bulky. If these new pedals hold up well and are lighter, I would certainly consider one of them.
I wouldn't know which though. I understand the 30-degree pedal would appeal to traditional organ players, and I really only use the pedal for those rare occasions I play organ styles. I'm use to the shorter throw however, so the 15 might suit me better.
