Is it possible to have my NS3 sending out midi messages for program change and for the sustain pedel to a “slave” keyboard, but at the same time, I don’t want my NS3 triggering any sounds on “slave” keyboard?
Current setup:
_ Nord Stage 3 88
_ Yamaha Motif ES8
_ MainStage 3

Not without an external MIDI filter box, as far as I’m aware.
It is possible instead using the Extern Section and assigning it to "No Zone" actually, for sure it works for Program Changes (I do it), not sure about sending Sustain even if No Zone selected (but in theory, if SusPed enabled on Extern, it should)

That is correct. I have been using the Extern section exactly like this. I send program changes only and turn off all note zones. Sustain also has an on/off in the extern section which works regardless of notes being sent or not-
