Some piano sample files not showing in Sound Manager

Hi!

First message here, I just bought a Electro 5D...

I noticed that some files ( Ex: Italian Grand Faz ** 5.3 ) are in the cache folder but they do not appear in Sound Manager.

I tried the re-scan library, but no success...

Anything I can do to have ALL cache files to show in Sound Manager ?

Isn't NSM not only showing the installed files on the machine? The version of NSM I use only reflects the situation on my board, not on my computer.

I am using the latest Sound Manager v9.14.
To view the cached files select the Sound Library icon top left...

Have you tried to relocate the cache to a different folder (or clean the current one) and re-download it?

Yes tried this also... I deleted the cache_db.xml and rescanned the library.

For example, these 4 files "Italian Grand Faz [Lrg, Med, Sml, XL] 5.3.npno" are in the cache folder and are also in the cache_db.xml file.

But they do not appear in Sound Manager v9.14...
