I love my Nord ghost! He likes to play tricks on me. My Nord ghost likes to play double keys randomly. He likes to make sure repeated notes played rapidly don't always make sound. My Nord ghost also loves to play keys at max velocity without any rhyme or reason. My favorite part though is my Nord ghost loves to switch presets while I'm playing. Sometimes he toggles the piano or synth off entirely!
I named mine "Porb". What did you name yours?
What did you name the ghost living in your Nord?

I never had such a ghost, but if I did I’d name it “beg for maintenance”

Re: What did you name the ghost living in your Nord?
Nice idea to deal with. I'm a spiritual person, but I don't believe in that type of ghosts. So, if my Nord had the issues you encounter, I'd handle them that way:
- repeated rapid notes that don't play separately: live with it if it's on the Lead 3 which doesn't have a triple sensor keybed; clean or get cleaned the rubber pad sensors of the Piano 3's triple sensor keybed -- dust may prevent the contacts from working like they should;
- random full velocity notes: clean sensors (see above);
- switched presets or toggled buttons: worn or coroded knobs and buttons might need to be cleaned or replaced; if you want to use contact spray, don't use the same for the key sensors;
- random double keys: no idea.
I'd probably give my beloved Nord to a tech - there should be one in a store not that far away -- in my case. But there's a number of forum members who did it on their own, even replacing a defective display.

I call my ghost "NoGhost" since it never appeared up to now (knock on wood, I hope I haven't woken him up now)
