don't understand the system menu

hi,

im trying to disable the keybed of my nord lead a1.
In the manual it says shift + midi and local off but when I press shift + midi and turn the program dial it goes from a1 to off.
How is it possible to change to different pages or under menus in the midi menu ??

I don't own a NLA1, but I'm not sure if you do what I understand that the manual says:
a) To get into the menu, you need Shift+MIDI;
b) to go to the right menu page (setting), just turn the program knob (without Shift);
c) to select the right value, turn the program knob together with the Shift button held down.
