hi all - does anyone have a good program for Electro 6 to sound like the synth in Cure's Just Like Heaven?

You might find my NS3 thread helpful, at least to orient yourself on how to think about setting up your NE6 program. I'd recommend a strong string synth with a split above for delayed piano. There are a ton of great synth string samples on Nord's website and also this forum.
