Hi,
the manual doesn't state on this. Can the MIDI ports on the Nord Stage 4 power external MIDI devices, as for example the CME WIDI Master?
Thanks,
glombi

Re: Powered MIDI port (NS4)?
Hi,
It does. I have been using the CME WIDI Master with the NS4 (and NW2) successfully.
Side note though: I went back from BT to wired MIDI connections, as I experienced rare but actual issues like missed "note off" messages... which is fine in the studio but something I don't wanna experience live on stage...
Cheers

Re: Powered MIDI port (NS4)?
Thanks a lot.
I don't intend to use it for (time) critical use cases. Just want to select programs from forScore on my iPad.
Unfortunaltely I sold my WIDI Master, as my other devices don't provide power over MIDI. So I could not test ist.
