Hi Norders, please are Performance mode and Program mode totally independent or is it possible to create a new Perfromance from current programs/sounds? Meaning to assign to Performance banks previously created programs and save it.
Or do you have to program all sounds from scratch for each bank in a Performance mode?
Thank you

Re: Create a Performance from Programs
So, you seem to be talking about Song Mode. That's the only thing I can imagine being called performance mode even if it's not the official name. You certainly don't mean Live Mode.
No, Song mode isn't independent. It consists of just a couple of banks with pointers to previously built programs. Four programs per song. And if you change a program used in any song, it will be changed in all songs which use it.

Re: Create a Performance from Programs
@Fzeigler I think the OP is asking about Leads, even though they indicate having a stage. Leads have performance mode, and since this is in the lead forum, I assume that's the topic.
@Mektys:
You can assign existing programs to any slot in a performance, both while creating the performance original and when editing it later. Once the programs are included in a performance, they become independent of the programs in the program bank, so you can change one without affecting the other. But you can always re-edit the performance to pull in the program again from the programs bank if you want to.

Re: Create a Performance from Programs
Thanks guys. Yes I am asking about Nord Lead but I am also the owner of NS3 (I know the Song mode well and use it). Thats great news that this is possible but I did not find it how to do it. I will explore a manual again or if you can help I will really appreciate it. Ahaaa, I have already find it. Thanks for the help
Storing Programs as a Performance
If you have made layers or splits in Program Mode, you can transfer
this to a Performance during the Store process.
1 Hold Shift and press Store.
The display starts flashing.
2 Press Perf Mode to activate Performance Mode.
3 Select the desired Performance location and press Shift + Store a
second time.
