Nord 5HP display not lighting up

I just sold my 5HP to someone and they’ve messaged me now to say that they’ve got it home and can’t get the screen to light up. This has never been a problem for me at all. Does anyone have any advice on what it could be or what I could suggest to them? Thanks!

Hallo, ik heb een Electro 6D en sinds gisteren het zelfde probleem.
zo maar eerst heel vaag te zien en display doet nu niets meer.
Verder werkt het geluid en andere instellingen nog wel.
Wat te doen?
