No Sound After Factory Reset

Just got a used Lead 4 Rack, worked just fine. Then I used the Nord Sound Manager to perform Factory Reset.
The Reset completed perfectly but then the Lead4R was dead of sound (troubleshooted and verified).
It turns on normally and all functions seem to work just fine, patches and programs are loaded ok.
Just no sound on any of the 5 outputs.
Any one have experience/advice/solution ?

I've exact the same issue and I'm waiting for the answer from the support...

For people with the same issue... Change in the settings the midi interface from U to P ... that should work.
