Weird problem ... Nord Electro 2. It works fine from mono or stereo output into external amp. When I don't run it to an amp, but use headphones it works fine as long as I have the Rotary Speaker switch "ON". If I turn the Rotary Speaker switch off, there is no sound in the headphones - even when I switch from organ to piano, I don't get any sound in the headphones unless the Rotary Speaker Switch is on .....
The signal going to the left and right amp output is fine. The headphone problem is with both left and right channels and it seems weird that both left and right would fail at the same time, and why would turning the Rotary Speaker Switch on cause things to work??????
No sound from headphones if Rotary Speaker is Off.

Re: No sound from headphones if Rotary Speaker is Off.
If you use an adapter for your headphones that doesn't fully fit, there may be left and right channel shortened - resulting in a mono signal with phase cancellation. As long as both channels are the same (just inverted), the resulting sound would be '0'. There have problems like that been reported on the forum multiple times - with a better adapter solving the issue.

Thank you! I've ordered a different adapter for the headphones ... hopefully that fixes the problem!
