Stage 3 C73 keyboard "feel"

Post by wkrbee »

I bought a NS3 C 73 last month and am disappointed in the keyboard action. I have had a Electro 2 for years and can definitely tell a difference. The E2 roughly feels like my Hammond A-100, but the NS3 action is stiffer. Will this loosen up over time or is that the way it will stay? I am assuming the keybed is different considering my E2 is 20 years old.

I've had a NS3C for 5 years and I haven't noticed any change in action. I have a B3 and the action felt stiff when I first got the NS3 but I got used to it over time. I just got a NS4C and the triple sensor keyboard action is definitely better, though still fairly stiff.
