nice to have a new Rhodes sample and its good but to me pretty bright for a 70's Rhodes. It has a better bottom end than the other EP, but the thing I've heard in both the videoes I don't like is when the player lays into the keyboard it gets too crunchy, breaks up too much. I hope to find time to install it this weekend and see what it sounds like on a Stage 3, both the videos were on Stage 4 which has a different sound from the Stage 3. Hope the Stage 3 mellow out the top end a little.
2 questions:
I've nt memory enough and I should have to sacrifice 1 o 2 Other samples; which could be? which is the most similar EP? Or the weaker?
2: the wider range of dynamics could make it less appropiate for the semiwaight keys of NS3 compact?
Just trying this out now and I like it a lot so far. It’s interesting how different it sounds using the Dyno 1/2 eq settings from the standard soft/mid/bright. The sample seems to be able to be pushed quite a lot while still always sounding beautiful.

1. I would rather sacrifice something else (like, uprights you don't use, at least that's what I did) unless you have some EP you never use, but it is a personal choice
2. Not really, maybe the opposite, it plays very well also on SW (I use Piano Dynamics 1 for EPs, or 2 when I want less range)

Damn can't wait to try this one. Personally for me all the EP's previously available feels somewhat lacking in some areas but this patch sounds really good. Hope it sounds and feels great on an NS3!

I love the way it breaks up!

This is by far the best Rhodes Nord has released. And I agree about the breakup, it sounds awesome. If you want super clean and smooth there are already other EP's for that.
