Is that the case with the NS4? Is there (some) room for adding your own programs and presets, without having to immediately delete factory programs and presets?
Probably, as it has been in the past; some NS4 user may confirm it but you also can check that yourself easily, just download the Factory Restore of NS4, rename+unzip it and see how many Banks/Programs are there compared to the total. ;)
Looking at the restore file, the NS4 comes with 6 banks of 64 Programs (384 programs), leaving two banks left (128 programs) ready for the user programs. The restore file also only has half of the available banks of Organ, Piano, and Synth Presets populated, leaving 1 bank of 64 Organ, 1 bank of 64 Piano, and 4 banks of 64 Synth available for the user without having to delete any factory presets.

Still getting to know the NS473HA.

On the after-touch:
1. Requires a lot of pressure - so much that it's pretty mush unusable. Also worried I'll damage something.
2. Also can't find anything in the menus on AT sensitivity.
3. Doesn't seem to work on the black notes?

Any NS4HA owners who can confirm any of the above?

And any NS3 owners seen similar on their NS3s?

Thank you!

Aftertouch is also requires a lot of pressure on the NS3 HP76, leaving almost an all-or-none option on its use with not a lot of control in between.

Aftertouch on the NS3 is like that, so no real changes. Except it works on black notes if you press hard. No, you won't break anything.
I think I have gear issues ....

Whereas Aftertouch works quite well at the Stage 3 Compact and its waterfall keybed, it can be controlled quite finely.

What’s the difference between unison and having a piano with chorus?

In the chorus the detuning is controlled by an LFO, so the pitch change has a rate.
The unison is a fixed detuning of an additional layer(s).
