Pearl Upright-Electro 3?
Title says it all....will the new Pearl Upright work with my Electro 3, or is it strictly for later iterations of the board?

good question, download page says nothing about it.... but Pearl is in v6.0 like Vibraphone that list only Nord Electro 6/5...

I see it like florence and think that all Nord piano samples in version 6.x are only usable for Electro 5/6, Piano 3/4/5, Grand or Stage 2/2ex/3.

The US website's main Piano Samples information page indicates that Electro 3 v.3.00+ supports all the current piano samples, with no regard to versioning. But then again, perhaps this page hasn't been updated recently?

Best answer would be given by just trying to load it, no risk.
I do remember that I had a similar situation with my NE5 - initially it could not work with version 6 pianos but received an OS update which enabled it.
If I had to bet I‘d say NE3: No, unfortunately.

I think the Pearl sounds a lot like the Rain Piano, which I've been using for years on almost everything when I play live.
I will definitely try and get it onto my venerable E3, if/when Clavia ever gets around to releasing an updated driver for the Sound Manager.
