Nord Electro 5 Organ Sustain?

I cannot figure out for the life of me why sustain pedal wont work organ sounds...only keyboard and piano sounds?
anyone?

Have you tried switching on the SustPed button?

Hi

and welcome to this wonderful forum of nord enthusiasts. Try as the posts above say. The reason for nord not having set sustain for organ as the standard is that an original Hammond had no sustain pedal. Your nord tries to imitate the original as close as possible.

On my E6, the sustain pedal works on the organ...

Yes, Dom21fr, it sure works as it has been activated in your organ section: hold the Shift button (in Program section) and press the button below the organ level poti.

And for NE 5: hold the Shift button and press the Sustped button of either lower or upper part - the one you have set to organ.
