Someone was asking in a subforum about this sound for the NS3. I am attaching my version with the caveat that I don't have an available MP3 now, but may be able to upload a quick video demo later.
The way I play the song is using a layered bright synth with CP80 with volume morph on the control pedal - pushing the pedal brings these sounds in over top of a big Hammond sound. I use the Hammond for the verse and bridge on its own, and then bring in the synth/electric grand for the signature riff.
