Nord Lead 4 LED's not working on AMP ENV and Filter section

Hi,
I have a Nord Lead 4 and the LED's under the AMP ENV and FILTER (ADSR) knobs are not lighting up. Also seems the OUTPUT LED is the same. The knobs are working and effecting the sound, and the values changes show in the PROGRAM screen.

Are these LED's suppose to light up when I use these knobs? Am I missing something?

Note: It has OS v1.3 installed, and I re-installed it again.

If you read the manual, you will see the purpose of those LEDs and under what conditions they light up.

I know the answer but I do not own a NL4 so I will respect your request.
Anyway 23skidoo is right, page 7 of the manual explains what is going on.

You do realize that lots of us own (and have owned, used, played, gigged, and created patches for) many more models of Nord than we list explicitly in our footer, right?
