MIDI: Make progam changes from another keyboard
Hello. I have a NE6D connected via MIDI to my Yamha CP4 and often use sounds from the Nord as layers to the CP4. Would it be possible to assign Nord-programs to the CP4-programs/performaces so the Nord-programs change when changing the programs (performances) on th CP4?

Hi, that would depend on the MIDI capabilities of the CP4. It should be able to send Program Changes messages to the Electro, but you'll have to program it in such a way that X program on the CP4 means Y Program on the Electro. This is all on the CP4 side.

Sure. The CP4 also functions as a four zone MIDI master controller. Look up "Master Keyboard" in the manuals. The Reference Manual will take you through each of the parameters you can adjust, including program changes.Fremmerlid wrote:Hello.
