I have contact and the suport dont give me the systematic or the service manual for the Ddrum3

I first thought you were asking about a Nord drum 3 unit, but you have a ddrum3, Clavia no longer owns the ddrum brand, everything, including service, is now in the hands of ddrum, I'd suggest to ask them where to have your ddrum3 unit checked/repaired: customerservice@ddrum.com
