I think mostly there. Maybe would be better to have the led on the lower button (reason is that it should have transparent background to go with the gradient, and creates some aliasing around the LED.

You mean making the red background = transparent (alpha channel) or something different?

But just how cool would it be if all the rightmost rest of the top banner sported the whole panel of a Nord keyboard, perhaps dimmed down so that the NFU introduction would still be visible?

It is not a bad idea, but maybe with an alteration: To make the introduction note shorter in length, but in 4 or 5 lines, Maybe inside another black screen (like the synth section of the stage3) and fill the rest of the space with the other buttons and knobs. I can work on it this weekend if the administrators agree with the idea. Maybe the introduction text needs some refresh as well (e.g. include the nord wave or some other information).
