Hello,
I was hoping someone with more knowledge than me, that's almost everyone here, can clarify a question I have. Other than it having a dual manuel is there something contained within the C2D that isn't loaded into the Electro? There are no music stores that caring the C2D in my area so I can't compare the C2d against my Electro. Nord is "apparently" not producing them right now and I'm seeing rumours that it's about to be replaced with a new model. Anyone heard anything about this officially or unofficially...?
I guess after all this time and, for all intents and purposes, no clarification the C2D is a dual manual Electro without the added voices. Really don't see why anyone would buy the C2D when "apparently" the Electro does everything the C2D does and more. I'm so confused...?
Nord C2D Versus Electro 6D
Re: Nord C2D Versus Electro 6D
Hi, as far as I know, the core sound engine is the same (as it is the Stage 3's). There may be "tweakability" differences, where the C2D is more tweakable than the E6D, but someone who has owned both can and certainly will provide us with more details about this.
What I am really curious of is rather that rumour you mention about a new organ being about to be announced / released by Clavia. Where did you get this piece of information? Surely I would be looking forward to it!

I read it on a website and for the life of me I can't remember which one. I've net surfed so many sites and articles I can't even venture a guess. I've just been trying to educate myself about the fabulous world of Nord.

The C2D seems to be not available for about half a year or longer. But Nord still didn't move it to the legacy/discontinued category on their web page - it's still in the 2020 catalogue. I didn't hear about someone who could clearly explain what that means.
