Hi, standard answers:
a) ask your country's distributor - they should provide parts (https://www.nordkeyboards.com/distributors);
b) maybe, you can get parts from Syntaur in Texas/US (Syntaur.com)

c) it's a quite standard fuse holder like this one, you can find on many electronics online (or not) shops, but maybe it's better if you have it replaced by a professional electronics repair (service center) even not Nord official, they should know how to check the exact type and get the exact same replacement part.

Re: Plastic piece for fuse, who sells?
It depends what is left in the keyboard side... if you are just missing the "cap" part and the rest of the holder is still soldered to the board, when the fuse is in place, you remove it by 1) gently pushing in a bit and then (while pushing) 2) rotate anti-clockwise about 45 degrees (there is a slot for a screwdriver) and then 3) release the force. The fuse then should come out as there is a spring in the holder. To put the fuse back in, do this in reverse.
Make sure you put the correct fuse for the local voltage (it is described several times in the forum).
If you are missing the whole thing, you will have to open the instrument it and solder inside to the transformer board. I would ask a technician to do it.

A photo of both the new part and of what’s left in your instrument would be very helpful, difficult to tell exactly what to do without knowing the situation
