Program Change above bank E on NS3

New to the Stage 3. Cannot seem to change programs above bank E. I stored a new program to Bank M11, but from the panel I cannot retrieve any thing beyond bank E. If I use Sound Manager I can see all banks A thru J and use the computer to select any program. What am I missing?

OK, sorry for the premature post. Just figured it out. Was working with Logic Pro X and for whatever reason the midi locked it up. Turned it off and back on and everything OK.
