Well, this one looks broken to me - no link, only a big blank field with frame on 3 sides (in Firefox).

I also use Firefox - and I can see the embedded page fine.

Interesting - but I don't have any idea what this is about. Cross-site-scripting disabled? Is there a setting for that?

Re: [DEV] Nord User Sample Library Development Thread
I don't think so - it seems the detailed content settings have disappeared over time.
But I'll remember that this might be an issue when I start posting sounds, and also post a normal link directly to the page on NUS (in addition to the embedded page).

I see the same blank field. Also in Firefox.FZiegler wrote:Well, this one looks broken to me - no link, only a big blank field with frame on 3 sides (in Firefox).
Maybe related to this? :

Hey sorry, I have not been checking in to this forum recently much. Are you still having issues with the embeded pages loading?FZiegler wrote:Interesting - but I don't have any idea what this is about. Cross-site-scripting disabled? Is there a setting for that?
I'm not sure it would be X-SiteScripting issue, more to do with loading/embedded iFrames but I might be wrong.
I have just checked on Firefox and it seems OK for me. Try using Chrome to compare, and try resetting firefox settings to defaut.

Re: [DEV] Nord User Sample Library Development Thread
I still have the issue. I can't compare to Chrome (don't want that one) and won't reset Firefox as it cost me a lot of time and reading to get more privacy.
But the last days, I found a way to tweak the problem: right-click on the empty space, "present frame > open in new tab" (or the like - I have it in German). Works very fine. No problem to me.

Re: [DEV] Nord User Sample Library Development Thread
I searched for the problem, and some give the hint that it could be a problem with the HTTP Reply Header X-FRAME-OPTIONS. But would be a thing to have been changed on NUF, not NUS: either delete this header or set to X-Frame-Options: ALLOW-FROM https://nordusersounds.com/
But I'm not a web programmer - so maybe I'm totally false.

Re: [DEV] Nord User Sample Library Development Thread
Right, Ithink I found out what is the issue with the blank field in Firefox: If you block third party cookies, the samples will not be embedded.
Is there any particular reason why nordusersounds.com or windows.net need to set cookies? (the latter has something to do with the sound player, the player won't load if you do not let the site run some scripts).
Could that be avoided, so we can set browsers to safely block third party cookies and unvisited site scripts (which in the vast majority of cases are not really needed nor benefit the user)?
