Wow do these ever tell the truth. After listening to so many front fills and under balcony fills at shows I knew they were the real deal.
Never imagined how great my keys would sound through them.Driving the inputs with a Radial Key Largo and they like +20DB minimum so great match, the KL can do +24 like a UA Apollo.
Using my old Stage2-EX88 and E2-61 for a test I was very impressed with them, even with an old Yorkville LS200P 10" sub it's more fidelity than I've ever had for personal use.
Theatre upgrades after nearly twenty years allowed me to obtain these older units, still working great!I got a great deal on three of them,as stereo floor wedges in close with a woofer behind
It's like sitting/standing in the most focused sweet spot I've ever enjoyed.I suffered along with the Yorkville NX55P's for 15 years, could never afford Meyer until now.
Considered other brands, but this was a no brainer now that I've heard them.My poor old back is happy too at 21 LBS each! In a small room it's a beautiful little 'PA' for vocals too!In fact I plugged my trusty pre/vox processor and ran it through the mixer and wow, smooth as butter, best for the size I have ever heard! 2- 5" and a 1" tweet.Active/Passive 3 way.
Only studio monitors can compare to these IMO.
cheers
