Hi!
After a car crash last year I broke the bottom two keys on my Nord Stage 3 HP76, and I'm looking to replace either those two or the entire keybed. Am I right in assuming that Nord Keyboards use Fatar keybeds? In that case, I'm looking for details on how to purchase this as a private individual.

I think the best option is still to ask to the official Nord service/distributor in your country.
