NE6D - synth section VOLUME LOW

Many sounds of the synth section are lower and even at maximum volume they don't come out much compared to pianos, clavi etc .... I speak of wind instruments, pads or strings for example. How do you adjust yourself? If I use a piano and pad I have to hold the piano knob in the middle and the synth knob at the maximum to let it out and this seems strange to me. It's my first time with Nord

Have you checked if the level of dynamics (off, 1, 2 or 3) is set add you desire, and whether or not the filter is enabled?

Check the filter on the dynamics (hold shift and press the button immediately to the right). Even with it on the synth volume should be equal to piano volume, though. Do you have the EQ on by accident? Try finding a preset that uses both piano and synth and see if those volumes are correct.
