@ Analogika It seem to me that when pulling out the drawbars. The harmonic tones are softer than my B-3 organ...

What do you mean by "softer"?hernjov1 wrote:@ Analogika It seem to me that when pulling out the drawbars. The harmonic tones are softer than my B-3 organ...
Do you mean that the relative volumes of the drawbars are different from your B3?

Hello Guys, this is probably already mentioned before, but if you turn on leslie than stops the organ sound through channels 3/4?
By the way does they tweak the hammond on 2.20? It's sound more warm in a good way too me.

Hi Aurelio,
yes correct, switching on Leslie on the NS3 routes the organ sound to output 1+2 only, there is no way to have the organ sound including the internal leslie go to output 3+4. I am making use of this since I am usually routing the organ to output 3 (mono) and then into my Neo Ventilator II, from there in stereo into a Hall of Fame (internal reverb does not go to output 3 either) and finally into the PA. I have set the rotor speeds/balance of the internal Leslie to different values than the ones of the Neo Ventilator, so if I want to use the speed settings of the internal Leslie (and also different reverb settings from the internal reverb simulation) I just have to switch this on and it is routed through outputs 1+2, so no longer goes to the Neo Ventilator II. A bit more flexibility from my point of view.

It is - I also route the organ section of my NS2EX-88 via output 3 through the same Neo Ventilator like the NS3 organ when use over on stage, mix both with a Radial Mix 2:1 into the Ventilator input and control the speed with the Nord half moon switch. Improves the organ sound of the NS2 a lot

Re: Nord Stage 3 - hammond B3 Sound
@ Analogika. Sorry I haven't been on this post for about a week... Yes the volume of the harmonics on the drawbars are louder. Maybe because my B-3 is resonating thru the Leslie...Not complaining because all in all my compact sounds great live, and I can carry my NS3C with 1 hand!! Lol

Gotta add my 2 cents:
Boosting Mid EQ and Leslie Close 60/40 brings out some great flavors, and amplify in stereo if at all possible.

Re: Nord Stage 3 - hammond B3 Sound
Hi!
For several days I have been the owner of Nord Stage 3 88 (last OS). I previously had Stage 2 EX. I had the opportunity to compare them with each other. I think that this instrument still has a lot of imperfections, but about it in another post ...
Can I have the same leslie sound as in NS2EX? (NS3s leslie doesn't have this beautiful crunch sound of NS2EX and also there seems to be a huge "hole" in the lower bass spectrum, it's uninspiring)
I prefer the reverb to be at the end of the audio path, like my NS2 EX. I don't like the current setting, it sounds very bad. Is it possible?
