The delay and other two effects sections can be applied to the engine of your choosing by double tapping the on button until the desired sound engine (o, p, or s on the 6D) is affected.
Thanks for the info, with this my happiness with the 6D is now complete
I will use the music rest for my iPad. it will be fine to have more smart connections (phisical + software) between Nords and pads. Even a PC rest and an easy mounting for the Nord monitor 'd be great. Aaaaand.. memory ! more memory! moremore memory! (or a slot for an external Sd/SSD).
Definitely pitch bend, there's still no synth so adding it don't make it a Stage! Even modern hardware Mellotrons can do pitch bend.
The Solina ensemble chorus from the A1.
The fx amp sims are pretty useless. I don't know why that continues to be the case, but the Leslie stopped makes a better amp sim than dedicated ones.
Give the Hammond an L100 mode.
- I would love a Low Pass Filter for the samples. It's one, single knob. ( I don't even need an LFO, the "Vibe" effect does that perfectly.)
- Increase the memory size for the samples. 1 GB is find for pianos and rhodes. If we don't have a synth section on-board, let us have tons of memory for samples of synths.
- Clavinet filters would be great! The clavs are a little sterile since the Electro 2, but the filters always help.
- Please, for the love of God, make a permanent promise to stop putting the reverb before/into the Leslie. What the heck, they fixed it once on the Electro 5 and then they reversed it on the E6? And on the Stage 3!?!?
I think he means that they have changed it on the Electro 5, having reverb after Leslie, but have changed it again on the Electro 6 and Stage 3 to go from Reverb into Leslie

I’m saying that they’ve finally put the reverb before the Leslie on the Stage 3, which I prefer, especially since I can add an external reverb behind the Leslie, but I couldn’t insert one before the Leslie on my Stage 2.
Perhaps a switch for pre/post rotary for reverb? ...for the players who dislike the reverb-into-leslie chain...
I jumped from NE2 to NE6 so I am extremely happy with functions, sounds, everything really...
If I could wish for a few things for a next model, they would be:
-free split point
-option to layer/split two synth sounds
-any option similar to "morph" function
-filter cutoff for synth section
-pitch bender, mod wheel
Is this a lot to ask? Yes, I know it is!
Would all of this bring Electro line closer to Stage line? Yes, of course it would!
But we can assume the new NE7 will probably appear along with the new Stage 4, and the Stage 4 will also have a few new options and functions, so maybe the distance in options, functionality and price would remain the same between these two lines...
