Synth section problem - Repeated Notes cutting off - OS 2.0

I just received this feedback from the German Main Distributor which seems to collect issues sent over the Technical Support Nord.....

"Mike Jung from the distributor here. Thanks for the report, Nord has also received your message. We are aware of this and reported back to Nord."

So they seem to know about this problem.

I reported this problem when i found it in 1.60 direct to Nord. i`m in contact with the german support. I hope they will fix this issue. Playing a piano with a String (with long release) its very bad !!!
This issue is still in 2.02

You have not specified what you mean by "do not help". Do you mean they would not do paid repairs? Maybe contact Clavia to clarify where you stand as I do not think it is a reasonable attitude to only service stuff they sell. After all I would think that Clavia would not want to be seen as a brand that cannot be repaired/serviced.

I mean that everytime I contact clavia through support they re-direct me to this store in Brazil, and they just ask the same question generally related to the origin of the keyboard. And for the last they ask you to bring the keyboard (to another state!) just to "check" it. But when it's a OS problem related, there is no need to take the keyboard.

On the other hand, the guys from Clavia, which I directly speak via email, were very kind and helpfull, everytime they aswered directly to me.

Hm... If it is an OS issue, why don't you report the bug directly to Clavia. What OS fixing or help do you expect from the dealer/service?
Most likely if it is an OS issue, the dealer in Brazil would not be able to resolve it. At most they might reproduce it and let Clavia know?

But that was exactly what I did and they re-direct me to brazilian unit. I'm telling you, is worthless to contact them in Brazil.
When I receive an email directly from the staff of the clavia I celebrate that if it were Independence Day, lol, because they listen to what you saying and answer about the subject. They always, I repeat, were very kind and helpfull to me.

For example you play a string-sample with a longer release time. The you can cut the sound by short repeated notes. I hate this - very bad- my old Elektro 3 is more better than this...come on

Your Electro 3 doesn't even got synth section... c'mon man!

I’ve just realized this is happening to me too but I noticed is only in certain notes not all of them. Did someone notice the same? I’m afraid this is a hardware problem. Someone got this fixed with a SO upgrade? Should I re-install v2.10?
This keyboard is quite a pain in the ass because of the issues! :-/
