Thanks for this. I'm back in the States with the keyboard and about to get the fuse. Meantime, I've searched the forums and seen a few diagrams for opening up various Nords, but not the Electro 6. If it's much the same as on older Nords, that would be good to know. If anyone's done it on the Nord Electro 6 and has photo diagrams, all the better.

So you could get a different value and keep the same fuse holder:

type 250v slo-blo
230v operation = 125mA <-- you have this
115v operation = 300mA <-- you need this one

OK thanks again. I was hoping to get the fuse on the way home but my usually excellent and comprehensive store came up short. They went online and found this. Does it look correct?

I would have to buy a pack of 5 which would put me about half-way to the cost of a decent step-down transformer as far as I can tell.

$19 for 5?!! Way overpriced. Amazon lists those for $6.59 for 5.
Mouser lists them $0.28 each
And yes, better get more than one for backup.
