Certificate of authenticity for NL 2X Anniversary

Hello all,

So ive ownd my NL2X anniversary for quite some time now. Over 6 years at least. When I purchased it, it came with the certificate. Now, over the years I have misplaced it. Please, dont roast me about this lol. This is my bad

I know this is probably impossible, but can I replace this certificate? I dont plan on ever selling this keyboard ever, but it would be nice to have it for myself. If it even is possible, Im guessing id have to send my board to Clavia in Sweden or something. Im just assuming though.

I have one as well with the black keys, I bought it on line and the certificate is with my original manual but I understand, I had misplaced it few times and was really scared I could have lost it....Anyway, Clavia will be the only one to redo the certificate but just in taking a picture of the serial number and the product, that should be enough....When I bought my EVENTIDE H9, it was a "as new" but used one, bought in a store....Then, it was already registered and was not able to connect it to the website to download new algorithms....EVENTIDE asked me a picture of the Serial Number and done, they removed the registration of the previous owner and I could do it....might be the same with the certificate?

Yes, there is a support section...And if they don't reply fast enough, Pablo, the Rep for Clavia/Nord for North America is a great guy/great resource, just use search on this forum to find his email/phone number...(Pablo Mastodon)

so, just an update if anyone really cares, lol. I got this reply from them,

"I am checking with our friends in Sweden around this question and will let you know when I have their answer. Frankly, I am not very hopeful given that this is something which is now many years old, but we'll see that they have to say.

I guess getting a replacement will be pretty much impossible
