Share your complete Nord Stage 2 programs/patches including sample sets (nsmp files) used, including mp3 previews.
Forum rules
How to get the MP3-Player:
Upload a MP3 file where you play some notes using your sample.
Click the "PLACE INLINE" button after uploading the MP3 sample in order to automatically create a Flash MP3 player in your post!

Bass Patches NS2

Hi Friends

I use to play in my band with the keyboard split, half bass and half organ or piano.

Here I want to share with you some BASS patches. For if you are in the same situation and I can help.
Hope you like them!:

For that I uploaded bass samples from the CD in this order:

116 Feder Jazz Plectrum Preamp
117 Fender Presicion Direct
118 Fender Presicion Preamp
119 Fender Jazz Finger Direct
120 Fender Jazz Finger Preamp
121 Bass Guitar

The Bass are done with number "120 Fender Jazz Finger Preamp", but also sound great when using "119 Fender Jazz Finger Direct"
Try the other bass sounds with the same patches as well to check how they sound too.

Note in case you load the bass sounds of your taste in any other orther, you have to re-program the patch to that specific number.

can you tell me if there is such a pack EX bass for the North? ... nspg file ... nss? it is amazing but the EX is not nothing!!!

@GiannI: it is better you stop using Google translator, it is messing up your sentences...anyway Nord Stage EX doesn't support samples so you can only get SynthBasses sounds out of it.

(in Italiano: guarda che non si capisce quello che hai scritto, Google Translator fa casino, meglio se smetti di usarlo! Comunque il Nord Stage EX non supporta i campionamenti, quindi niente bassi se non di tipo "SynthBass")

ma come è possibile che esistono i campionamenti per il NS2 e non per l'EX ????'
boh.... sul sito ufficiale mettono a disposizione patch di molti strumenti... solo file nsmp
mi sembra un pò una cazzata....
quindi per simulare un basso acustico devo crearlo con la sezione sinth?
grossa limitazione

Gianni, semplicemente perchè il VA dell'EX è basato sul NordLead e non supporta i campionamenti! Invece quello del NS2, basato sul NordWave si. Leggere sempre attentamente le caratteristiche degli strumenti prima di comprarli! ;)

Hi

I tried to use the Nord Stage 2 programs and I get an error message CRpyFileInfo failed: Not Found (1). Has anyone tried and had this problem? I have installed the bass samples already.

The patches works for me, however, I found them to sound awkward in the lower registers. "Cracky" so to speak.
Anyone has a solution to this?

Meanwhile, I'm using Ep1 with increased "Low" in EQ for lefthand bass playing. Works quite ok! :)
