Blondie Heart of Glass

Hi all, I'm not very technical and am hoping someone can help me. I'm trying to replicate the keyboard sounds for the Blondie song Heart of Glass on my Nord Stage 2, has anyone created a patch? Any help/tips would be much appreciated

There is a Farfisa organ through a Leslie. That part and the synth sweep can be easily done on the Stage using the organ and synth section.

The bass part is the tricky part. It was originally a Roland SH-1000 (or SH-5 according to this source) triggered by a Roland CR-78 drum machine.
