I'm also a owner of the D70 and I still take it on the road..really thx a lot for the Mondo-poly sample, so I can at least play 'Narcotic' on the NS2. Is it possible to make more samples from the D70 like the Cool Bells, Asialon and Stringvox? I hope so, so I can leave at least one more keyboard at home....

Frtz,

Hello surfbuddie3,
Welcome to the forum!

I am currently nord-less, having sold my NE3 and NSEx to fund the purchase of a NS2.
I really like being able to test the finished product out with the NE3 before posting it to the forum.

I'll see what I can do without a Nord instrument, and post back either way.
Cheers, Hanon

Hello Marc,

Here are the requested samples:

I edited the D70 programs prior to sampling to remove the chorus and reverb, which can be added back on the Nord instrument.

I hope that you find these useful.

Hi Marc,
Welcome back.
I'm glad to help with keeping your board at home.
The D-70 is a very misunderstood instrument with capabilities far beyond it's simple appearance.
Cheers, Hanon

I have the same problem.
"The file "D70_MondoPoly" has undefined version. The OS currently installed in your Nord Stage 2 only supports samples of version 1.x or 2.x.
Please use a version 1.x or 2.x file from the Nord Sample Library or check the Nord Keyboards webside for a version 42949672.x compatible OS update for your unit."
I have installed the OS 2.14.
