Our guitarist pitched me the idea of mixing thing up a bit on this Dire Straights classic, so here it is:
I love it, and I hope you love it just as much.

Re: MONEY FOR NOTHING SAMPLE /PROGRAMS DONE
Sounds great, thank you for sharing! I love when the delay kicks in halfway through - I presume you have a morph set up for that (I haven't looked at the Program yet).
Nice work! How are you dealing with the intro to this song?

Re: MONEY FOR NOTHING SAMPLE /PROGRAMS DONE
I just wanted to demo the program with and without delay. So I just pressed the on/off switch. It could easily be morphed, since no morph sources are used. But I didn't even think of that. thanks for the idea.ericL wrote:Sounds great, thank you for sharing! Haven't planned that far yet. Went through a bunch of presets to experiment. Will probably go for the tried and tested <saw -> detune -> unison -> chorus> approach, with some filter and envelope work. We like to keep things simple on stage, but I really don't know. Will for sure try out the resources provided by the OP.ericL wrote:Nice work! How are you dealing with the intro to this song?
