[EDIT] : Just tested successfully with a consolidated project (all samples in the Media directory, none in the "NordSampleEditor3Projects") !

You'll find the program in https://github.com/SamWindell/Signet/releases inside signet_windows.zip. It's always confusing for noobs with GitHub - it concentrates on souce code, not binaries.
