Hey All!
I updated my NS3 to the latest firmware and now I cant find the F27 program, also F45 and B13 are not sounding the same as before. I had OS Version 1.X (not sure specifically which).
I can't find an early Factory Reset file that might help me restore the previous sounds.
Any ideas how to recover them?
Thanks all!
Programs F27, F45, B13

Hi. And welcome to the forum.
Do you still have the factory-programs on your board? If so here's a link to the factory restore file: https://www.nordkeyboards.com/downloads/nord-stage-3
In order to get to the specific programs, change the file ending from xxxxxxx.ns3b to xxxxxxxx.zip.
When you unzip the package you can find the specific programs instead of installing the whole factory bundle.

How did you proceed? If you only updated the OS, sounds shouldn't have changed much. The only thing that changed meanwhile is the velocity curve - but you can set it to a new legacy value in the System (or MIDI) settings.
If ever you used a Factory bundle to update your system, sounds are part of the update, too, and the earlier sounds would be gone. Factory bundles may change over time. But that's what the Nord family is all about: having the means to create your own sounds and trying new samples from time to time.
Whereas you will find older OS versions by manipulating the last figures of the download address, I don't think that it works the same way with factory bundles. But you may ask the Nord support.
BTW: Do you remember the name of the program missing? Names rule in that case, not numbers.
