Hey there!
Im looking for a flute sound. On the synth panel I found a lot, but there seems a delay effect on every flute sound. And I dont know how to charge that. Can someone tell me what to do?

Have a look into the manual. It's not hard to read.
You may get happy with just tweaking an existing sound: Of course, you can switch off any effect like a delay or reverb with one finger tip.
If you should need a sound from the Nord Sample Library 3, download
a) the Nord Sound Manager software and install it,
b) in case of Windows PC a USB driver and install it (not necessary on a Mac),
c) that sound nsmp3 file.
Then you can download it to your Stage 3 if there is some storage space left. Unless, you'd need to delete another sound. If you do the latter from the NSM software, it shows you which samples are not in use.

Plenty of flutes in the Official Nord Sample library. Also here in the NUF (easily accessed by : www.nordusersounds.com with "flute" as the key word).

Hello, is your question about the Delay effect that's in the Effects section of your Stage 3, or the initial attack of the flute sound? If the latter, you might find one for quicker passages following FZiegler and cookie's suggestions above for checking out other samples. The synth section also has the capability for you to bypass the initial attack of a sample, but it tends to alter the sound quite a bit.
