Hi , its not quite a synth sound, its voice recorded and sampled mayby some vocoder is used as well.

I agree. My guess is it's a bloke singing into a vocoder with gender bender turned to female. There's a midi input from a synth with pitch bend applied. You could probably get a close enough effect by scrolling through formant type waveforms until you land on something similar to the main vowel sound which is "eh" (not with an Electro though).

Sounds like a kazoo to me.

Does anyone sampled something like this?! XD
