I just purchased a Nord Stage 3, so taking a little time to post some more programs from my Stage 2 EX that you might have fun with. Note that most of my programs use the control pedal morph even if only to bring instruments in and out of a mix, and the global vibrato speed needs to set for the type of playing as well.

Pure Prairie League's "Two Lane Highway" with Wurlitzer and Pedal Steel. The MP3 is a live version with our other keyboard player on Rhodes and then me coming in on the pedal steel:

Sorry I don't have a MP3 for this one that has Banjo left of the split and Pedal Steel on the right. This program uses wave 54 for the pedal steel sound, but you can also try piano, guitar, and clavinet samples depending upon the sound you're looking for.

WannitBBBad...I seriously would love a good pedal steel like this one for my Nord Stage 3. Have you been able to create a new one and if so could you post please?

I can't find any info on the sample which is require for this program.

Hello, I'm fairly certain the sound you hear on the MP3 was created using the synth capability rather than a sample. It should play fine when you load it - I apologize if I'm mistaken. However, either in this program or another, I did have a slot set aside to switch to a pedal steel sample I found at post70948.html?hilit=Pedal%20steel#p70948. I ended up favoring the wavetable sound and was disappointed when wave #54 wasn't included on the Stage 3. Take care.

WannitBBad..The steel samples sound extremely realistic and really nice playing too. I know you said you converted the files from your old Nord Stage 2 EX. I still have mine so my question is are you able to post a .nsmp file of the pedal steel for use in the NS2EX? Thanks in advance.

Thank you. The .nsmp file by podmed can be found at post70948.html?hilit=Pedal%20steel#p70948, however I believe I just used the synth functionality with wave 54 for the programs. Take care.
