Are you looking for the sound at 3:47 - the glide up by the synth?

For the glide up at 3:47, I put this together this morning to get you started. The Program uses a combination of Classic sawtooth synth sound and one of the voice samples. You can try other sounds in place of the sawtooth and other voice samples as well to get it closer. If you modify the glide duration, just note the setting and match it for both panels. The vocal volume is "morphed" to the control pedal so you can bring it in after the glide has started. On the MP3, I hit the low B in the upper split but immediately hit and hold the highest note in the split to start the glide. Take care

The YouTube video from Nord has some good Synth information at about 37 minutes into the video and a YouTube search for "Synth Programming Basics" comes up with a lot of videos including that provides the fundimentals. I have a lot of basic programs posted in this forum that you might find handy too. Take care and good luck to you.
