What is this? Any context? Sound sample? Sorry to ask so many questions, but I can’t hear or test it without deleting stuff off my Stage, which I‘d like to know is worth it...

It's the 14th velocity layer of the salamander grand piano soundfont. I might make another velocity later. Here's a sample, with the Amp envelope release turned slightly up and velocity turned on (but no other effects including reverb).
