Hi Guys,
Sorry for the question, usually I'm very good with the Manual but cannot make my NL2X to change preformance when sending a MSB/LSB/Prg from Band Helper.
My NL2X is on global midi Channel 3, when I uses Bandhelper to change programs, it works, I still have to put the first slot n Midi Ch 3 to make it working, but not performances and cannot find à solution In the Manual.
Any help?

I had seen this one In the past but coulfn't figure it out but I think the Marlowes' answer will help me, I Will try it again tomorrow. I think, where I sas trying it first, I wasn't expecting myself to change between Prg and Performance...

I have a 2x - global MIDI channel 16. The slots are generally 1 to 4 and program changes by midi work regardless of slot MIDI.

I don't send bank select so far (not made enough performances.). I can try though if that would help.

I don't think it's possible to switch from Program to Performance by MIDI but correct me if I'm wrong.

So, I tried and yes it works, you have to change manually Performace....Not sure if I will go that route, I will have to see if I save time....

It works but while the right performance number is called, it's not the right sound, I have to go up or down and vice versa to get the right performance....Is there something related with the global midi channel not supposing to be the same as any of the slot? Any idea?
Anyway, at least I save a bit, I just have to nite in band helper to switch to performance mode for songs that require it...
