I'd bet you get pretty close with a super basic synth patch. Not much happening on the envelope and dynamics side of things, so I'd just go through all the wave forms on your S4 synth, and probably cut out some high with a low pass. From what I hear, it'll be close to a sawtooth, but less precise. And a 24 db filter with mild resonance, tuned to lets say 750 Hz.
EDIT:
Changed the waveform to "EP1" added subtle vibrato to that (LFO to OSC pitch), and it was almost spot on. I couldn't get any closer. Optionally some envelope filter modulation, but not much (it's a very static sound).
