Completely awesome song, love it!

Quite tricky / a lot of sampling work on the Nord, though - if you want to get very close to the sound

What I tried in MainStage with Dexed + TAL J-8:
The main rhodes-like and guitar-like stabs are most likely played on a DX7, the Synth Strings pad in the chorus could also be DX7, but also could be a Jupiter-8
The bass sound could be a MiniMoog, but can also be recreated with a Jupiter-8 for example

Bass sound: try "LadderBass", which should already be included in your Stage 3's sample lib, and adjust the filter

For the stabs, I've used the following in MainStage and plugins:
layer1: Dexed and "Rippedroas" patch, which sounds similar to the "FullTines" but has a softer, more resonant attack + Chorus FX!
layer2: Dexed 12String DX7 patch + Chorus FX
layer3 (Chorus only): TAL J-8 2 Saw oscillators, detuned by 12semis, and loads loads of Chorus FX

conclusio: for the main sounds (right hand), you should be fine with "DX Full Tines" in the Piano section + a detune Saw +12 in the Synth

Such a beautiful voice and taken far too soon. I'm glad to contribute this so hopefully more folks will also choose to cover it with their band. The first program uses the DX7 synth sample that comes with the Stage 3 and has the synth special effect on the other panel. The second (main) program covers the synth bass with vibrato on AT and DX7/Strings. The third program has the softer DX7/bell sound with the synth bass on the other panel. The approach to the programs would be a little different if I wasn't using the 2nd synth panel for the synth bass, but I like the effect in the song. If you're playing with a bass player and together the lows are too overpowering, trimming off the bass in the panel EQ might be a better option than turning down the synth Level so you keep the effect. This example covers the three programs including two different ways of using the 3rd program if you have a bass player.

This example covers just the main (second) program "WH HowWillKnow W.ns3f" that can be used on its own if you don't want/need the effect with the intro program. The program is set up for the Control Pedal to increase the LEVEL and FREQ of the strings and back off the DX7 Piano. The DX7 can be backed all the way out with the Mod Wheel. For the solo and ending key change, I turn on the B3 to add a little low end to the strings to fatten them up.

As MartinJ2EX noted, this was a tricky one but fun to work on.
