I just bought the Nord stage 3.
It is possible to import / convert the Nord Lead A1 Sounds downloadable from the link http://www.nordkeyboards.com/sound-libr ... ory-sounds on Nord Stage 3?
Where can you find other preset synths for the NS3?

the short answer is no.

You would have to recreate the sound directly on the NS3

however I do not have an AN1. Since the engine synth is the same, I hope there will be the possibility to import any preset in the future.

They are not the same. The Stage 3 has no "TB" filter, adding a bandpass filter instead, and the A1 has four sound slots per program, while the Stage 3 only has two.

Also, the A1 cannot use samples as a basis for a voice, which the Stage 3 can.

The Stage 3 is more of a combination of A1's virtual analog synth AND the Wave's sample-based engine.

Transferring programs from either synth doesn't really make sense.

I am not aware of any sites with downloadable synth presets for the Nord Stage 3 at this time — only the original factory presets.

You could make requests in the sounds forum, of course.
