I love this Forum - I'm exposed all the time to songs that I haven't heard before, or in this case, one I haven't heard in 30 years or so. Forum member fuztec25 was looking for some assistance on the intro for "Ashes to Ashes" by David Bowie for his Stage 2, so I sent a few suggestions after playing around with it on my Stage 3. I finished the Stage 3 program this morning adding the other parts to the song with the lower split covering a shallow Rhodes that morphs out as the analog strings morph in with the control pedal, and the intro piano and LFO synth are on the upper split. The analog strings on the left are set up so at the end of the song the user can select Mono to change the strings to a solo synth with glide and with the LFO amount on AfterTouch. Take care.

That sounds awesome! I love this song! I have never played it before, though I was just listening to some old Bowie albums yesterday on my turntable and this song was a highlight. Thank you for creating the sound and sharing it!
